The collection is in three parts. The first part deals with the cancelation of a land purchase in Fresno County, Calif. by George Van Camp and W.C. Baar from the Western Ranching Company; Baker and Daniels handled the transaction. The second part consists of one letter concerning the purchase of William Henderson's legal library from his estate. The third part consists of salary allotments for Baker and Daniels in 1918.
